Good work starts with a clear scope.
Explore the service framework, understand the factors that shape your project fee, then build a preliminary estimate from your actual scope.
One clear process.
Four useful stages.
Each phase has a practical job: define the idea, communicate the design, prepare the launch and help the audience experience the space.
Concept & potential
Clarify the brief, test spatial ideas and reveal the strongest opportunities before detailed work begins.
DISCOVER THE POSSIBILITYDesign & decisions
Turn drawings and ideas into a coherent visual language that makes materials, scale and layout easier to review.
MAKE THE DESIGN CLEARPre-launch
Build the key visuals and project stories that help teams introduce the proposal with confidence.
PREPARE THE STORYExperience & launch
Combine still images, animation and immersive tours into a connected presentation for the intended audience.
BRING IT TO PEOPLEServices, broken down.
These are the formula-sheet base rates used by the Smart Estimator. The final estimate also considers building type, complexity, floor area, delivery timeline and a fixed setup fee.
Rate basis: formula sheet / discounted base rates. The estimator uses a non-linear area adjustment and other project factors; do not multiply these numbers by area as a standalone quote.
Built around the
actual project.
The calculator combines selected service rates with four project inputs. Use these parameters to form a preliminary working budget before sharing your project brief.
Building type
Type multipliers vary by residential, commercial, modular and hospitality project.
Area scale
Area exponent changes with project size to account for diminishing marginal cost on larger areas.
Complexity
Structural and site complexity adjusts the base fee before area scaling.
Delivery speed
Accelerated schedules may introduce a surcharge after capacity and scope have been reviewed.

Use these example package structures to frame the conversation. Each scope is confirmed after we understand the files, timeline and deliverables.

Packages are layout placeholders, not fixed-price offers. Configure your services below to get an indicative fee, then submit a brief for review.

Good work is a
shared result.
Sample review cards are placeholders. Replace each entry with approved client feedback before publishing.
“Placeholder review: the visual package helped our team discuss the design with much greater clarity.”
“Placeholder review: the process was structured, responsive and easy to review at each stage.”
“Placeholder review: the final images and animation gave our proposal a clearer story.”
Questions worth
answering early.
The figures are a starting point. The agreed scope and final fee are confirmed after the reference materials are reviewed.
Are these construction costs? +
No. This tool estimates RYMA design and visualization service fees. It is not a bill of quantities, construction budget or engineering cost plan.
How are the selected service rates combined? +
The selected base rates are added, adjusted by building type and complexity, then multiplied by the project area raised to the relevant scaling exponent. A minimum scaled-fee floor, urgency surcharge and fixed $150 setup fee are then applied.
What is included in the animation rate? +
The service is explicitly labelled for a 1-minute architectural animation / walkthrough. The formula-sheet rate remains the base rate used by the estimator; exact video duration, scene complexity and deliverables are confirmed during scoping.
What is the difference between panoramas and an interactive VR tour? +
Panoramic images are individual 360° views priced at $5 per m² in the rate table. The interactive VR tour service is a separate line priced at $15 per m² in the rate table and represents interactive navigation rather than a single panorama.
Does the calculator create a binding quote? +
No. The figure is preliminary. The studio reviews the brief, source files, delivery needs and any additional requirements before confirming an offer.
